Udyam Registration is the government registration for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in India. It provides a unique Udyam Registration Number (URN) and a Udyam Certificate, which helps businesses avail of various benefits and schemes offered by the Government of India.
✅ Who can register?
Any business involved in manufacturing, services, or both can register as:

Micro Enterprise: Investment in plant & machinery or equipment ≤ ₹1 crore, and turnover ≤ ₹5 crore.

Small Enterprise: Investment ≤ ₹10 crore, and turnover ≤ ₹50 crore.

Medium Enterprise: Investment ≤ ₹50 crore, and turnover ≤ ₹250 crore.

✅ How to register
1️⃣ Visit Udyam Registration Portal (official government site).
2️⃣ Enter Aadhaar number and validate with OTP.
3️⃣ Fill in PAN and business details.
4️⃣ Enter investment and turnover information (based on ITR & GST data).
5️⃣ Submit and get the Udyam Registration Certificate online.
✅ No renewal required
Once registered, there is no expiry and no need to renew Udyam registration.
